「何っ？限定麺？麻婆は初めて見たぞ⁉︎」なんて券売機前のPOPに目を奪われつつも、久しぶりなときほど指は自然といつものメニューをポチり。しかし、麺がきて白髪ネギ抜いてもらうの忘れてたことに気付く…ort(古)
背脂でチョイこってり感ありながら優しく地味深い、白ラーメン。白髪ネギは無しのほうがスープの優しさが活きる気がするんです。すっきり系でも塩味強く感じる金ラーメンより、ばあちゃん家の喜多方ラーメンで育った私は優しい白が好きです。
息子は最近どこ行っても味噌…。コラコラ、ちゃんと野菜も食べなさい。
