牛仁でおまかせランチとチョイスランチ
牛仁の限定10食というハンバーグランチを食べたくて行ったんですが、もうなかったのか、最初からなかったのか分からなかったけど、とにかくメニューになかった。
ざんねーん！
というわけで、おまかせランチと、チョイスランチを。チョイスランチは好きなお肉3種類。
おまかせランチは予め選ばれた3種類ってことですね。
ご飯物は、白ごはんやビビンバから選べます。
高いものを選んだだけ高くなるという設定。
ハンバーグにありつけなかったのでちょっと予定外に高くつきましたが、美味しかったのでよかったです。
特別な時に利用したいお店
ちょっと特別な日に、、と思って行きました。
入り口も雰囲気がよく、個室も大変落ち着ける感じでした。
カップルにもファミリーにも良さそうですね。
正直、私には給料日前にフラッと寄れるほどの価格帯ではありませんが
とても満足できた内容でした。
熟成肉は赤身盛りにしましたが、食べやすくとっても美味しかったです。
とても気に入ったのが
ワインもオススメのようで、お肉に合うというオススメワインもいただきました。
美味しさを引き出す焼き方もメニューに書いてあって良かったです。
せっかくの美味しいお肉ですもの、最大限美味しくいただきたいですものね。

なんとか活用するために母がこちらを予約してくれました。
限定のハンバーグ狙いでしたが、またしても直前に売り切れ（泣）ついてない(；▽；)
ハンバーグ食べるなら早く行かなきゃね。この日平日12:30入店でした。
厳選ランチセット1680円とデミタン980円と、セレクトメニューから追加でテッチャン（シマチョウ）とカルビを。
ランチセットにはカクテキもやしナムル、スープとライス（サイズ選んだり追加料金でビビンバとかもできるぽい）とコーヒーか紅茶付き。
コロナ禍なので、個室で安心してお料理食べれるのはありがたいですね。
葱タン下はちょっと筋っぽいけど逆にそれを活かした食べ方と食感が良いです。テッチャンはぷりっとジューシー。カルビはジュワーっと良いお味。
デミタンは牛たんを2日煮込んでるようで、箸でほぐれる柔らかさ！
美味しいんですけど、割と私には高めなので贅沢ランチでした(*´ｪ`*)ポイント利用できてありがたやでしたーごちそうさまでした！
