クーポンで熟成肉ランチ(っ ॑꒳ ॑c) : Gyuujin

I got a ¥4,000 community support coupon at Oiwake Onsen. It can be used at supermarkets, drugstores, and Convenience stores, but don't you want to eat something delicious if you're a food blogger? ( *¯ ³¯*) I was looking for a place that accepts paper coupons, so I wanted to eat something delicious, and I found that "Ushijin," a place I've been to for lunch before, accepts coupons! My grandfather started work again this month, and it's the busiest period, so I can't go on weekdays, but on Saturdays... I made a reservation for the day I was planning to go shopping. They said 11:30 and 13:15, so I went at 13:00. I finished shopping early, so I killed time and headed there. The black-horizonted restaurant on the MUSASHI premises looks really expensive... ( °Д°) Conveyor belt sushi next door was also very popular, apparently it was on Job Tune. I took off my shoes and went to a private room. My grandfather, who usually doesn't take pictures, was taking pictures in the private room. I've never seen the sauce bowl anywhere else... Two types of sauce and salt. Since I was there, I decided to go for the special lunch for ¥2,750. We could change the soup and rice to Cold Noodles, so I ordered Morioka Cold Noodles and my grandpa ordered Korean Cold Noodles. Unfortunately, drinks and desserts were not included and were charged separately... (Coffee and tea were 100 yen each) We ordered cola and ginger ale, but they were expensive (´；ω；｀) We toasted with soda♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪ What made us happy was that we really don't like metal tableware and chopsticks, so it was nice to have ceramic and wooden spoons and other tableware that gave us a warm feeling (*^_^*) We were picking at the salad, kimchi, and bean sprout namul when the meat came!!(゜∀゜””) oooo *Grilled vegetables Pumpkin, carrot, eggplant *Tsurami *Front belly mizore *Green onion tongue *Outside skirt *Sendai beef aged kalbi That's right. Offal, which I'm not very good at... My grandpa loves it, and he said he wanted to try some offal from an expensive restaurant, so he added more. They don't say anything to each other... *Tetchan All I can think of is resentment and anger, but the "face meat" is apparently the meat from the cow's cheeks ∑(๑ºдº๑)!! It's a firm and chewy meat. I wonder if it would go well with sauce? I heard that the outside skirt is skirt steak. Oh, and it's written about in Costco too! (ﾟдﾟ)Ha! Ossare ( ᵒ̴̶̷̤໐ᵒ̴̶̷̤ )(lol) We both ate the kalbi and skirt steak last. They melt in our mouths...(*´﹃｀*) I can't help but say "yummy..." with a smile (＞人＜;) I was told to grill the front belly mizore as it is, but I was scared so I took a break and quickly grilled it, and when I ate it, the grated daikon radish ponzu made it refreshing. I ate the leek and tongue carefully because it's not often that you can find Sendai beef Cow tongue Ψ( 'ч' ☆) The tetchan was well grilled...it really isn't the same as an all-you-can-eat buffet! Delicious (*´～｀*)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ŧ‹" Rice would be fine, but I wish they had asked about Cold Noodles first (⌒-⌒;) The soup had a refined flavor (﹡ˆ﹀ˆ﹡)♡ The cucumber and shredded apple were crunchy and chewy. After eating that delicious meal, I felt like I wanted something sweet and cold after all... So I decided to order two brown sugar kinako ice creams for ¥480. The vanilla was sticky and rich! I thought it was Turkish ice cream, but it was more refreshing than that (っ ॑꒳ ॑c) and hot roasted green tea (๑'ڡ'๑)୨♡ Before, there were a lot of older staff, but now there are more young people. The young men had quiet voices and masks so it was hard to hear what they were saying, which was a shame (´；ω；｀) Yes... deleted due to various circumstances (^ω^)σﾎﾟﾁｯIt was a private room, but the room next to me was very lively... Kee( ˙-˙ )-n It was a delicious lunch, but without a coupon, the price was quite high even with drinks and desserts. ∑(๑ºдº๑) I wouldn't normally be able to come here (⌒-⌒;) Thank you for the meal (* ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)”

先月3月。

ちょっとお祝いの贅沢ランチ。

夜出歩けないので久しぶりに肉食べたいねぇって会話してたらランチ営業を調べてくれ前もって予約してくれてたのですが急に宮城県のコロナ感染者が増えだし三桁に…:(；ﾞﾟ'ωﾟ'):

キャンセルしようか…？って話も出たけど個室ということでせっかくだから…と開店時間の11時30分に伺いました。

MUSASHI内にある回転寿司の隣りの黒い塀の見る限りお高い焼肉屋さん。

「高そう…」って言いながら回転寿司行ってました(笑)

こちらは石巻本店、一番町店と三店舗なんですね。

昔、石巻、仙台店と「牛正」さんは行ったことありますが超熟成肉のお店だそう。

気持ちのいい丁寧な接客で個室に案内されます。

クローゼットが付いていて服に臭いがつく心配もありませんΣ( ´･ω･`)

おしぼりも「VB」技術を使われていてただのおしぼりじゃない(°д°)

☆ 「VB（ブイビー）」は、東京工業大学と慶應義塾大学発の合同ベンチャーとFSXの共同研究によって生まれた抗ウイルス・抗菌を安全に叶える特許技術。
おしぼりにVB水溶液をしみこませることで、ウイルスや菌を99.99％以上も抑制。おしぼりの衛生力をぐんと高めるんだそうな。

タレは醤油？と味噌ベースでしたがあらかじめ塩胡椒の下味がついていて熟成肉独特の香り？も味も消されてしまうのでほとんど塩でいだきました。

ライス、スープ、小鉢、サラダ付き。

小鉢はキムチでしたが私でも食べれました！

同行者の方が並みだったのですが向こうに大盛りを置かれ…私です！(笑)( ；∀；)

タンステーキは分厚いのに柔らかい…うまぁ(⸝⸝⸝ᵒ̴̶̷ ⌑ ᵒ̴̶̷⸝⸝⸝)
レモンを絞って。

一時期流行った熟成肉。
やっぱりちょっと違いますね。

前バラみぞれはポン酢大根おろしが乗っていてサッと焼いてから、テールスープをジュレにしたようなのも網に乗せてそれにつけて食べます。

追いジュレもついてきて美味しいスープだったのでもったいないから飲みました(笑)

お気に入りは赤身わさび焼き。

わさびをサンドした赤身でピリッとして美味し( ᵒ̴̶̷̤໐ᵒ̴̶̷̤ )

どれも美味しくいただいたけど、おすすめメニューが気になるから追加しようと∑(๑ºдº๑)!!

塩タンは薄いタイプのでよく食べる感じでしっくり来ます(笑)
超熟成は40日〜熟成されたものだそうで特徴ある味でした。

たしか神戸牛…何故か神戸牛(笑)

「クリ」ってどこの部位ですか？って聞いたら「腕の太いところの真ん中の…」って丁寧に教えていただきました。
美味い( *¯ㅿ¯*)←語彙力ない庶民
結構しっかり目の食感。

＊名前忘れた……でっかい椎茸。

めっちゃでかい椎茸(笑)
軸を食べようとしてたから流石に違う！と止めました(笑)

縮んできたら食べ頃ということでシワシワなってきたね〜って見つめてたら見事に焦がしました( ；∀；)←茶色い部分黒い

焦げの味がする…無念｡ﾟ(ﾟ^ω^ﾟ)ﾟ｡

玉ねぎとかピーマンとかめっちゃ焦がすと悲し(T_T)

後半、ご飯危うかったけどおかわり恥ずかしいからセーブしながら食べましたよ…(笑)

贅沢三昧した後はデザート。

焼き肉屋さんお決まりの黒蜜きなこのアイス。←もうひとつはたしかわらび餅

アイスティーと。

メニューを見たら台湾かき氷がすごく美味しそうで次はかき氷たべたい( ´ ᵕ ` *)⁾⁾

お高いランチでしたがとにかくサービスが丁寧で気持ちよく置き去りにしない接客をしていただきおしぼりも3回新しいものを持ってきてくれお茶も出していただきました。

御手洗いも綺麗でお客さんが結構いたようですが個室で静かに過ごせました。

他のお店で上から目線接客にもうヤダな…ってこともあったので高級だけど気持ちのよい接客はまた来たいってなりますね‪*ˊᵕˋ*

肉を食べると元気に幸せになれる
ってほんとだなぁ。
