以前泉中央にあったお店が、泉ヶ岳の麓の福岡地区に移転しました。 |
泉ヶ岳の麓、とても長閑なところにある「逗や坊」ご飯が美味しいと聞いていたので、泉での用事を済ませてから向かうことに。
とても人気ということで、電話をしてみると「カウンター席なら」というお返事でGO！
電話してよかった。こっち方面にはそうそう来ないのでこの機会は逃したくない。
郊外にある静かな一軒家、休日のこの日は予約で満席でした。席は4卓とカウンターが２席、私たちは約束とおりカウンターへ。
こじんまりした落ち着た感じが素敵です。
お品書きにもいろいろあって、何をたべようか。
私は魚介がすきなので、大好きな海老フライ。
名物海老フライ丼は限定8食です。
盛り付けが芸術的♪
かけてあるのはソースじゃなくて、甘辛のたれ。
下にはふわふわの卵焼きです。
サラダと小鉢、香の物と具沢山のみそ汁のお膳です。
夫は「逗や坊おすすめランチ」品数の多いお膳ですね。
この日の主菜は「ウドの白身魚包みの天ぷら」
煮物や茄子の煮びたしタラの芽の和え物
こちらにもサラダ、漬物、具沢山みそ汁付きで器も楽しませてくれます。
ご飯は最近みかけるブランド米「金のいぶき」
胚芽の大きい高機能玄米です。
栄養豊富なうえにもっちりした食感でとても美味しい♪
おすすめランチにはデザートも
飲み物もコーヒー、紅茶、黒豆茶から選べます。
土地の食材をつかったお料理はどれも美味しかったし、里山ほ空気も爽やかで気持ちよかったです。
おもてなしにも心がこもって、良い時間をすごせました。
また伺いたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
