It's the beginning of spring 2019, and I went to the countryside for work, then had lunch at a restaurant that a local guy has recently become addicted to. I walked straight into a residential area, and I thought, "Wait, there's a restaurant in a place like this!?" "What!?" It's a completely normal house, and if there wasn't a sign, you wouldn't know it was a restaurant (lol) You take off your shoes as you enter someone's house, and there are about four tables in the living room!? No one would know this except for the locals lol. There are about five kinds of Soondubu on the menu. I'm a little rich, so I want to order the most expensive one, but what's the problem? lol. After ordering, I got "Banchan" and ordered oi kimchi, kakuteki, Korean seaweed, and bean sprout namul. It was all-you-can-eat, the Korean version lol. I wish they would do this everywhere if they serve normal Korean Cuisine ♡ "Special Seafood Soondubu" (2000 yen). Right! A little rich, right? lol A simmering Soondubu with a single serving of Hakama ♪ It's really good, especially the rice is shiny and looks delicious (lol) First, try the piping hot Soondubu, the spiciness is free and the spiciest!! Still, it's delicious and Seafood flavor is coming through, and the salt content is moderate too! It contains beef, Oyster, scallops, clams, shrimp, and squid, though in small quantities♡ The rice is delicious on its own, but it's even better when dipped in it! I also added a raw egg halfway through, which gave me great energy lol You can eat a large serving of Hakama rice in no time, pour corn tea over the burnt bits at the bottom of the pot *It's softened (apparently it means to soften in Sendai dialect lol) and add salt on the table to taste like chazuke, and then finish!! We also had ice cream for dessert♡ I had Soondubu for the first time in a while, but it was delicious here~ It's run by a single woman, so it makes me feel more feminine↗︎ She's Japanese, but it seems like she studied Korean Cuisine somewhere and got to where she is now~ It's nice and gentle! I forgot to ask why she was in such a residential area lol... I'm satisfied, so I'm going to work! ? Maybe I'll quit lol
