Enjoy the rich soup, medium-thick noodles, and the delicious pork bone flavor! We look forward to welcoming you!
A rich soup made with luxurious pork bones, painstakingly extracted to bring out just the flavor. It has a smooth texture when you put it in your mouth, a rich flavor like potage, and a strong, full-b |
If you go to the Sendai Ramen Sen store, restaurant is under renovation. I was in the mood to eat my family tree, so I visited this place for the first time, which I had been interested in for a long time. It was raining, so the store was empty. At the ticket vending machine at the entrance, I bought a Ramen gravy Gyoza / Dumpling set, rice, and moya cabare, and took a seat. You can change the hardness of the noodles, the intensity of the taste, and the amount of oil when ordering, so you can complete your order with more hard and thicker noodles. First Gyoza / Dumpling arrived, followed by Rice. Gyoza / Dumpling didn't feel special, but it was better than a certain chain restaurant. The main Ramen Tomoya Cave also arrived, and we finally ate it. Ramen is a straight thick noodle with just the right amount of firmness. The soup is from The Family, but it has no personality and is a common kotteri soup. Spinach is quite a bit on top. If you throw in the cabbage from the middle and start eating... Hmm, it's a little salty. No, it's pretty salty. It's so salty that your tongue will tingle. The soup turned into just a salty soup. Also, when I tried only the caba, it was quite seasoned. I thought it was just boiled, so this was a failure. I usually drink soup, but I couldn't drink it at all, so it became a treat. If you are OK with a strong (salty) taste, there is no problem, but you need to be careful with Maya Cave. You should throw it in while watching the taste!
