平日開店と同時に来店。食べ終わるまでに6名入店していたので混む時間は待つことになると思う。
特製つけ麺中盛り1400円。
着丼に10分、茹で時間にそのくらいかかるとテーブルに注意書きあり。
ヴィジュアルはアートを感じる。麺の向き、コポコポと沸騰しているスープ、具材の並び、全てこだわりを感じる。
まずは麺をそのまま食べてみてほしいとテーブルに書いてある。中太〜太めの麺、しっかりした歯応え、小麦の甘みありうまい。
スープは甘味、旨味など、、うまいものほど複雑な味がする。うまく表現できない。つまりうまい。
具材、チャーシューと鳥チャーシュー、肉の臭みなく硬さもつけ麺に合う。メンマは歯応え良き、卵はもう少し主張しても良いか。
途中からネギ、ニンニク味噌で違いを楽しむのもまた良い。
