図書館のカフェの監修は凄いシェフだった！
気になっていた『パノラ』さん。図書館に久しく行っていなかったな〜思い立って久しぶりに図書館にというか、パノラさん目当てで宮城県図書館に訪れてみた。
パノラさんのメニュー監修のシェフの名は俵山陽介さん。東京「segreto」、ローマ「BUNO FORCHETTA」、星野リゾート「Risonare 八ヶ岳」「ブレストンコート」後、渡米してテネシー州日本国総領事館の料理長、帰国後はナクレの副料理長だったそうです。
とはいえ図書館のカフェなので、メニューはお手軽な軽食。9:00～11:00がモーニング、11:30～14:00がランチ、その他のフードは13:30～18:30、デザートは9:00～18:30と使い勝手もいい！これは図書館に行く楽しみが本だけじゃなくなります。
この日はフレンチシェフの季節のスパイスカレーのドリンクセット。さすがに抜群に美味しいルー。誰かが食べていたら食べたくなる誘惑の香り。
森の中の宇宙船というのがこの図書館のコンセプト。周りは自然林と池というロケーション抜群。図書館という公共施設ではあるけれど、こんな素敵な場所だし、本当はそんな凄い経歴をお持ちのシェフならご自慢のコース料理も食べてみたい！予約制とかでやってくれないかな～

パノラさんのスパイスカレーのルーの味、なんか好きな味なのよね。気に入っています！スパイスオイルで辛さも調整可能。素揚げのレンコンのカリカリサクサクの食感も楽しい〜。目の前の木々も芽吹き始めて、緑の森になるのももうすぐ。待ち遠しい〜♪
