山形や→山形や（経営者ﾁｪﾝｼﾞ）→隣の居酒屋の何か→コチラ、という変遷だとオモ。なんつーか居酒屋不毛地帯（失礼；いや特に個人店なんか）と勝手に思っている泉中央界隈、SCのPで移動式持ち帰りYAKITORI店、のイメージしかない当店ですが果たして。。。
奥に続く右手カウンター、左手に二人掛け
ブルテー、奥小上がり？なカンジ。ｱﾌﾟﾝ
して間もないのでしょうし、四人居る店員
サン（焼き男1、女3）も初々しく思えてすこ（）
あちゅかんとキャベ、焼鳥は皮、もつ無論タレ
でお願い致し、カウンターでしばし煙浴。。。
ややあって登場のぬる燗（ｺﾞｲｽｰ）、お通し
ナムルもいいかんじ。キャベは少ないかな。
焼鳥は”そうそうコレコレ”と頷きたくなる
濃いめ甘めなヤツ。二杯目の熱燗はキッチリ
熱く、やるじゃんねえ！
チラホラといらっしゃるお客さん。中にはボトルを入れ、またくるねー（冷静に考えればあたり前田のなんとやら乙）、とクールに去る、既に常連と思しきお客も。この、キレイだけれど味気も素っ気もない（失礼再）泉中央に定着できるとイイですね！
