生ラム肉を厳選した岩塩で〆、低温熟成させることで柔らかく旨みを最大限凝縮させてお肉が完成します。
よって一般的なラム肉より臭みが圧倒的に少なく、おいしさが凝縮され、ライスが無限に進みます。
美味しいラム肉だけではなく、60分550円でハイボールが飲み放題なのもポイント！
