【並んでまで食べる価値】★★★★☆
【感想】
・会津地方の十割蕎麦だけあって､舌触りがよく､蕎麦の香りも携えている上品な味わいです｡
・成人男性ではやや量が少ないかもしれないので､大盛りを!を言いたいところですが､大盛りのメニューはなく､追加のざるのみの対応のようです｡追加のざるは1枚680円もしますので､お腹具合との相談が必須です｡
・蕎麦湯はかなりドロドロしていて､蕎麦湯をおかわりすれば､追加のざるは不要かもしれません｡
・天丼はやや甘めのタレとの相性もよく､個人的にはかなり気に入りました｡揚げ加減も程よく､サクサクした食感がたまりません｡
・惜しむ楽はオペレーションがやや遅いところで､厨房4名､フロア1名という配置はどうなんだろうと思いました｡
・夜営業もやっていますが､蕎麦がなくなり次第終了とのことですので､遅い時間帯の来訪は電話での確認が必要でしょう｡
