土曜日のお昼どき、外待ち数人の後ろに並びましたが、10分も掛からず座れました。
今日は、辛みそラーメン！
食券を渡すときに、背脂の有無を聞かれましたが、当然、入れました〜。
味噌を溶かして、青海苔をスープ全体に広げます。
なかなかの辛さですが、美味しいですね〜。
スープも麺も旨いな〜。
嫁と娘も、スープを飲む手が止まらない！
中毒性があります。
