新しいお店ができたみたいで、立ち寄ってみた。
泉パークタウンの高森エリア。
平日の昼ですがちょっと待ち客もいるので、少し
期待値も上がる。
蔵出し醸造味噌使用ということは、かなりお味噌に
こだわっているってことでしょ？
そりゃ「味噌味」なんだから、売りだわな？
待つこと5分で、カウンター席へ。
接客はとても丁寧で、好感度が増す。これ大事！
タッチパネルで注文になります。
あまり得意ではないが・・・（笑）

さて、ご対面の一品。
味噌スープの色は、象牙色。
味見をしてみるとそれなりの濃さがあるが、少し甘み
が前面に出てくるし塩分の強さはさほど感じず。
少しだけトロン感があって、濃いわりにはしつこい
イメージがないね。
もやし、キャベツ、きくらげの具材に細長いベーコン
みたいなチャーシュー。大きさと厚さはそれなりに。
ただ、個人的に脂身あるチャーシューは得意ではない
のでモモチャーシューなど選択肢があるといいな？
ニンニク、生姜などの個性強い味ではないので、
食べやすい味かもしれません。
