県内には３店舗ある、自然食品メインのブッフェレストランです。長町店はザ・モールの近くにあり、駐車場もそれなりに広いので行きやすいお店ですね。
いつ行っても混んでいる店内は、テーブルごとブースに分かれているので、知らない人と隣ということがなく、グループごとに落ち着いて食事をする事が出来ます。
ブッフェのメニューは結構多く、なくなればすぐに補充されるのでいつでも全開で食べる事が出来ます。どれもオーガニック系の食材を使っているそうですが、うんちくはともかく味がきちんとしているので安心して食べられます。外食で野菜を食べる事は少なかったのですが、ここではつい食べてしまいますね。
デザートや飲み物も種類が多く、全体的に満足度の高いお店だと思います。
