伊達政宗が築いた青葉城の近く、住宅地の中にその店はあった。
店内に入るとラフな格好でラーメンを啜る人々がいた。地元民だろうか？
この店をリサーチした際、ほとんどの人が味噌ラーメンを食べていたので、辛味噌らーめんと味噌らーめんをチョイス
胡麻の香る味噌スープはピリッと辛い
じわじわと出る汗が気持ち良い。
もやしやメンマ、ネギ、キャベツは味噌ラーメンの鉄則的なところがある。
ここのチャーシューには驚いた！しっとりとした舌触りの低温調理された肩ロースはしっかりめで切られているので食べ応え抜群❤️
6月〜9月下旬限定の冷やしも気になるところ！
