お店に着いたら準備中になっていました、仕方なく車に戻ったらお店のおばちゃんが出て来て「やっていますよ、家の父ちゃんたら」と営業中にするのを忘れていたみたいです。
気さくなおばちゃんが野球の事やらニュースの事を話しかけて来るのでなかなか注文出来ません・・・
私はなんとか冷やし中華を注文しました、すると次々にお客さんが来ておばちゃんも忙しくなりました。
お店の小さなブラウン管のテレビを見ながら待っていると１５分くらいで出来上がって来ました、具はシンプルで叉焼とロースハム キュウリに細切りの玉子です上には海老が一匹乗っていました。
味は酸っぱくなくてスープまで全部飲めそうな優しい味でした。
近頃は気温も低いので冷やし中華も終わりの時期ですね。
