こちらの店舗は江戸屋さんが入る前も蕎麦屋さんで、そこのラーメンがとても好きだったのよね、大きな平たい丼でさ、名前忘れちゃったけど。
さて普通の町のお蕎麦屋さんっぽく、そばとうどん両方置いてるかなと思って入ったら、普通に蕎麦専門で、唯一鍋焼きうどんだけありました。だいぶ寒くなってきて、まー真夏でも鍋焼き食べるのだけど、うどんの気分だったので、鍋焼きをお願いしました。
土鍋に入ってグツグツ沸騰した状態で配膳、出汁の香りはそこそこに、ちょっと見た目が茶色すぎてまずがっかりしてしまった。表面覆ってるのが海老天、かき揚げ、舞茸天でさ、これ天ぷらうどんじゃんってなったんだけど、ほじくってみると、小松菜、卵、油揚げ（稲荷）、しめじなどが入っています。
やっぱり鍋焼きの卵は一番上で彩りを添えて欲しいってのと、中に埋まってることで、黄身が固ゆでになってしまって、黄身トロを麺に絡めて食べるのが好きなので残念。
全体的にあまーく味付けした油揚げ、要は稲荷ずしの味に侵食されて、出汁を楽しめないんだな。
いわゆる東北の味と言えば良いのか。
あと天ぷらの衣が重くて、だんだんたぬきうどん状態になってくるのよね。
海老は立派なので揚げたて出してくれると嬉しいなー。
そうワカメとかも素材は良いと思うんだけど、いかんせん全体が稲荷の味になっちゃってて、甘いのが好きな人は好いかもね、という感じでした。
しかしなんでわざわざこれをメニューに載せたのか謎だなー
こちらお刺身が出る時があるみたいだし、日本酒も取り揃えてたから、今度は蕎麦前しに来ようと思う。
