究極の醤油ラーメン、それが「肉そば」

久しぶりに伺いました。
受付で登録すると、順番が近づいたら自動音声で携帯に連絡が来るシステムができていた
そもそも回転が良くて感心するのですが、混んでいても安心して車で待てますね。
5分ほどでお呼び出しが。
席のレイアウトも変わって、厨房がオープンになり広々した印象です。
注文はタッチパネル、会計も基本自動。
わたしは
•辛肉そば ＋ドッカンねぎ154円
辛いラーメンは普段食べないのですが、これだけはいつも辛い方を頼みます。
生の刻みニラが負けそうなほどの辛味のパンチと、醤油の甘いこくとの相性が好きです。
ドッカンねぎ154円 をトッピングしてさらにピリピリと頂くのが定番。
味玉も乗せたら玉子が1.5個になった…そうか…
あとの注文は
•醤油とんこつ 黒（焦がしねぎ）
＋替え玉（165円…ちょっと高いかなー？）
•醤油とんこつ 白（元味）
＋味玉154円
•丸源餃子 319円
混み合っていても入店までの時間も、入って注文からの待ち時間も少なめ。
キッズメニューもあり、小上がりに子ども椅子もあるのでお子さん連れにも使いやすいと思います。
久々にさらに進化した丸源さんを感じました。
