Tori Kitchen Managokoro, a hidden gem in Nagamachi
Our restaurant uses Nanbu-dori chicken from Iwate Prefecture, which is the owner's speciality. This chicken has a rich, full-bodied flavor and is served in a variety of dishes. The liver in particular
... has absolutely no particular odor and is exquisite, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture! Our grilled fatty liver with ponzu sauce has been a firm favorite since the restaurant opened, and is a proud product that has even been featured in magazines. We hope you enjoy it with some of the local sake carefully selected by the owner, who loves Japanese sake. We have a tatami room on the second floor that can accommodate up to 20 people (fully private rooms) and will treat you to our carefully selected ingredients.
