山形蕎麦をいただける竹屋さんにお邪魔しました。
3年位前から時々来てたのですが、ここ1年位は駐車場が一杯になっていることが多くなかなか以前のように気軽に来れなくなってしまいました。
繁盛するのは良い事なんですけどね。
そんな訳で、今日は行くと決めてたので開店直後に到着するもすでに先客2組…
そして開店15分後には満席&待ち客まで出る盛況っぷりです。
早めに来て良かった笑
注文したのは冷たい肉そば(820円)とうめおにぎり(120円)。
季節の限定メニューにも惹かれましたが、外食する時は基本的に来る前に食べるメニュー決めてるので初志貫徹します。
10分程で着丼して肉そばのつゆから一口…ほんのり感じる甘みと鳥出汁が合わさったサッパリめのつゆです。
山形風の太めの蕎麦も程良い固さで、これまた歯応えのある鳥肉と一緒にワシワシ食べ進めます。
ネギとワカメはその量のせいか主張薄めなので個人的にはどっちかにして量を増やしてくれると嬉しいですね。
おにぎりはほかほかご飯が嬉しいです。
梅は酸っぱめで肉そばのつゆと相性抜群。
おにぎりのお供でつゆを飲み干し完食。
今回も美味しくいただきました。
