土曜の夜。前回は満席で断られたのでリベンジ！カウンターならokとのことなので入店！
とりあえずのビール！お通しは海老。プリっとした海老。意外とうまい。
さあ、何を頼もうか。
ささみの梅水晶、鶏皮ポン酢、チキン南蛮、鶏もつ煮と気になるものを注文。
鶏皮ポン酢うま！カリカリに揚がった鶏皮。大根おろしとの相性が良い。梅水晶もコリっとした食感と魚卵のプチプチ、ささみのあっさり感が絶妙。チキン南蛮も味付けが良いね。マヨが合う。モツ煮は甘辛たれでレバー比率高いかな。卵うまい。お酒に合います。
追加でドリンクが進みます。
更に鶏出汁巻き玉子、串の鶏皮爆弾、ねぎまを注文。出汁巻きは餡掛けが鶏の風味で良いけどふわふわじゃなくしっかりした玉子焼き。だしーーって感じのが好きだからちょい失敗。
兎にも角にも鶏皮爆弾！
これがどストライク笑油っぽいけど鶏油だからそんなにしつこくないし食べ応え有り。
自分は早目の入店だったけど、次から次へと入店。あっという間に満席で入店できない人多数。予約が良いね。
