長町駅から歩いて少しのところにある居酒屋です。オープンした頃
1回だけ行ったことがあります。
後で知ったんですけど、実はチェーン店らしいですね。
私の実家のすぐ近くにもありました。
平日の夜に行きました。
あまりお客さんがいるような時間ではなかったので、客は他に1名。
ちょっと狭めの店内に、カウンターとテーブル席が数席あります。
ここの最大の特色は、全国各地の鳥料理が食べれらるという点。
北海道から九州まで、各地の名物料理を色々揃えている店です。
そこまでお腹が空いていたわけではなかったので、軽めにしておき
ました。
焼き鳥チックなものを数本と、前に食べて美味しかった、もも肉の
炭火焼きを注文しました。
焼き鳥は室蘭焼き鳥、美唄焼き鳥、鶏皮串。
この辺のラインナップはちょっと高めの値段です。
室蘭焼き鳥は焼きとん、美唄焼き鳥は色んな部位の串焼きです。
鶏皮串はちょっと重たいかも。鶏皮は大好きなんですけど、あんな
いっぱい出されてもねｗ鶏皮は表面カリッときつね色じゃないとね。
ももの炭火焼きはとても香ばしい、焼き鳥とはまた違う味わい。
宮崎県で東国原知事がよく宣伝していたヤツですね。
シンプルな味付けながら、燻製にしたような香ばしさともも肉の食感
とジューシーさがいいね！もうちょっと量があればな～。
他にも色んな種類の鶏料理が置いてあります。
食べてみたいものが色々ありますので、そのうちまた行ってみよう。
