刺身も美味しいお蕎麦屋さん
平日の夜に訪問です。
ランチは頂いたことがありますが、今回は初めて夜にお伺いしました。
夜は一品料理があり、お酒と合うラインナップが揃ってます。
注文は、
・マグロぶつ切り
・ソイ(刺身)
・山菜の天麩羅
・ベビーホタテフライ
まず刺身のレベルが高かったです。
マグロは旨味もボリュームも十分。
ソイは想像以上にコリコリした食感で、メバルより好きな味でした。
ベビーホタテはタルタルソースつき。
サクサクアツアツでした。
山菜はふきのとうの苦味がお酒と合います。
ウドや行者ニンニクも美味しかったです。
お酒は90mlグラスの3種で飲み比べがあったりと、一人飲みにも良いお店でした。
お蕎麦まで頂けませんでしたが、コスパも良くお酒を飲めるお蕎麦屋さんでした。

平日のお昼に訪問です。
ランチは2度目になります。
注文は、天ざるそば。
相変わらずお蕎麦はコシがあり、喉越し良いお蕎麦ですね。
蕎麦出汁もとても美味しいです。
天ぷらは揚げたてサクサクです。
天つゆとおろしがよく合います。
蕎麦湯まで美味しく頂きました。
