The soba noodles are slightly flat and the crisp soy sauce soup goes well with the dashi. Even when the soba is hot, it doesn't feel soggy until the end. I visited the grated yam and grated daikon radish soba after a period of time, and both were delicious. I'm happy to have such ordinary but delicious soba. There are many customers, even at lunchtime on holidays. The restaurant is small, but it is clean and seems to have been designed in a way. I will visit again.
