人生初まって以来のついてない・・・誕生日 私を励ましてくれた美女達がお昼に誕生日を祝ってくれました
お豆腐料理と湯葉懐石のお店・梅の花 花ランチ＆引き上げ湯葉を・・・
呉豆腐 菜の花のあさり辛子浸し
呉豆腐に掛けられた柚子味噌が美味～
茶碗蒸し 昆布あん掛け
トロトロ～の茶碗蒸しを昆布出汁のあんが包んでいます
ここで・・・引き上げ湯葉のお鍋の準備が始まります
お豆腐のサラダ
梅の花名物 とうふしゅうまい
辛子もお醤油も、用意されたポン酢も要らない 優しい～しゅうまいです
うすい豆 豆乳餅 桜海老あん
豆乳餅はうっすらと緑色 ふんわりと口どけの良い餅仕立てです
揚げ物二種 空豆真丈あられ揚げ カサゴの湯葉包み揚げ
カサゴが美味しい～ 魚本来の味を崩さぬ様周りの湯葉は上手に脇役になっています
乗せられた「桜」の素揚げが又～香り良く素晴らしい！
湯葉が出来上がって来たので、順番にいただきましょう～
特製の湯葉のタレと、柚子が用意されていましたが～やっぱりわさびをいただくことに・・・
一鍋で20枚以上の湯葉をいただくことが出来ます

仙台市内で豆腐料理懐石を提供していた「梅の花」
震災後ディズニーストアー並びにあったお店は閉店 密かに泉区でお惣菜を販売していました
ところが・・・10月2日 仙台市の南方・太白区に戸建店舗としてリニューアルオープン！
駐車場も広く設けてあり、バリアフリーで優しい入口へ繋がる小路
沢山のお祝い胡蝶蘭が飾られていました
店内は以前と同じ・・殆どが個室ですが、奥に椅子座敷があります
オープン記念という事で～梅の花膳「極」が千円引き（4600円）になっていました
なら～これにするしかないですね
このお店のお箸は竹箸で先が細く、とても使いやすいので自宅でも使っています
小鉢から始まり～引き上げ湯葉を含むデザートまで全十四品のお料理の数々・・
食べきれないほどの会席料理でした
秋なので茶碗蒸しを400円の追加料金で松茸の土瓶蒸しに変えていただくこともできます
バリアフリーになったこともあり、帰りは父の為に車椅子を用意して下さり、駐車場までお見送りいただきました
以前にも増したきめ細やかな対応は、とても嬉しく心安らぎます
