太白区大野田に移転オープンした「梅の花 仙台店」へお邪魔しました♪
以前は市内中心部の東映ビルにありました。
震災後耐震補強工事を巡って閉店し、二年間のブランクを経て郊外のこちらに
移転し、戸建ての建物として再スタートしました☆
車で行くのが一番ですが、お酒を頂きたかったので地下鉄富沢駅から歩いて
行きました。おおよそ10分程度です。
木々に囲まれた素敵な回廊をくぐり入店。予約していたので案内はかなり
スムーズでした。椅子式の個室（4〜5名用）に通されました。
こちらは「湯葉・豆腐料理のお店」です。相方は数度利用しておりますが、
私は初めての利用です。
今回は「しあわせ膳（5,100円）」をお願いしました。このコースは目の前で
出来上がる豆腐と手桶湯葉がウリとのこと。内容は下記。
卯の花煮生野菜添え

湯葉豆腐とたぐり湯葉のお造り

「これは！」というインパクトのある料理はありませんでしたが、全体的に
ほどよい塩梅でスルスルっと頂けました☆
甘みが強くて濃厚な「美味い豆腐屋の豆腐」というよりは、何の料理にでも
合わせられるサラリとしてさっぱりとした豆腐でした。
一番気に入ったのは「手桶湯葉」豆乳が好きなので豆乳もまるごと味わえる
この料理が◎豆乳にはいろいろと味付けもできますが、そのままが美味い☆
豆腐と湯葉のコースなのでボリューム的にどうかと思いましたが、かなり
満腹になりました。見た目より食べ応えあり。そして胃がもたれない。
オープン仕立ての時はだいぶオペレーションに苦労していたようですが、
今回は全く気になりませんでしたヨ。
最後は女将にもご挨拶を頂きいろいろな話を伺いました。移転先探しなども
かなり苦労したようです。
家族連れが多い様に見受けられましたが、特に女性や年配の方に喜ばれるお店
であることは間違いないですね。
ごちそうさまでした。気持ちのよい時間を過ごす事ができました。
