長町界隈で沖縄料理を出す店は私が知る限り2軒しか無くそのうちの気になっていた方のお店にお邪魔しました。
カウンターに案内され着席。
沖縄料理と居酒屋メニューのハイブリッドといった感じ。
お通し無しとは嬉しい。
早速お目当てのラフテーとゴーヤチャンプルを瓶ビールのアテに注文。
ラフテーはメニューにあるハーフをゴーヤチャンプルは量が多そうなのでハーフでお願いしたら快諾して頂けました。嬉しい。
ゴーヤチャンプルは旨し。
辛味をかけて味変でまた旨し。
ハーフのラフテーは一切れ半？少ない。
ハーフじゃなければ3切れか？そっちで丁度良かったかも。
でお味は甘さ控えめで薄味。脂身はトロトロだが肉は固い。
結局ハーフで正解。
期待値は上回らず初訪問はあえなく終了。
