箸で食べるパスタ店。
店内は和モダンで落ち着いた造り。
二人席に案内してもらいました (一人飯)
明太子と海老としめじの青じそ風味を注文。
各＋150円でミニ和風サラダとアイスコーヒーを付けました。
クリーム系だったらフォークとスプーンもらった方がいいと思いますが、オイル系だったので箸で十分。
始めにスープから。
魚介系のいい出汁でてます。
店のコンセプトらしい和風のスープ。美味しい。
パスタの茹で加減ちょうど。
青じそと海苔たっぷりが嬉しい。
明太子と一緒によくかき混ぜました。
明太子はジョリーパスタの方が好きかな。
それでも、海老としめじなのかオイルか分かりませんが、全体が美味しい味つけでした。
