3月末、山形蕎麦の店 つるや を利用しました。
仙台市太白区茂庭の国道286号線沿いにあります。
昨年は休業していた のですが、営業を再開してました。
営業再開後は、また客で賑わっているようです。
今回は、初めてこの店の鳥中華を食べてみました。
お蕎麦屋さんで出している中華そば（ラーメン）です。
この店の鳥中華は、期待通りの美味しさでした。
やま久の系列店なので、味は同じかもしれません。
ミニ天丼は、天ぷらは熱々で良かったのですが、タレが
なくて、醤油をかけて食べる形式だったのが残念です。
スプレー式の醤油のボトルが付いてきたのです。
天丼は、専用のタレで食べたいですね。
何はともあれ、つるやの営業再開は嬉しいことです。
