会社のメンバーと仕事納めにこちらで年越し蕎麦。
並ぶのを覚悟で行ったけどすんなりと入れた。
店内はおしゃれな雰囲気で期待が高まる。
着席しメニューを。 あれこれ迷った挙げ句、鴨セイロの黒をチョイス。 恐らくゆで上がったものをストックしてると思われるが3分程でキンキンに冷えたお蕎麦が運ばれてきた。
付け汁も熱々との事だったがぬるい（笑）
まずは蕎麦をそのまま。次にかんずりを蕎麦に付けて。そして塩も試す。 塩はヨーロッパ産の岩塩とのこと。 最後に付け汁にどっぷり沈ませて一気に啜る。 鴨の脂が染み出て旨い。
一人前では足りず追加で白を一枚追加。 旨かった！
