とても濃厚、うまい。
麺もうまい。
特に病みつきになるほどうまい味ではないが、

信州味噌に比べ優しい感じの味
北海道野菜味噌ラーメンを食べました。かなり、しょっぱいので、割りスープを頼みました。
味噌チャーハンも頼みましたが、味噌感はなく、色が茶色いだけに思えた。こちらも、少ししょっぱい。
