今日は結庵でランチ
先客が1名しか居なかったのでちょっと不安になりましたが、予約客が次々に来店し、あっという間にほぼ満席
いただいたのは、
更科ざる蕎麦と二八出羽かおりざる蕎麦を一枚づつ、それとおまかせ天ぷら盛り合せ
二種類のお蕎麦は相盛りで提供
天ぷらは、海老、鱚、南瓜、ピーマン、茄子、舞茸、クリームチーズの七種類、天汁か塩のどちらかと云うことで、天汁で食べました。
天ぷらは素材の味が良くとても美味しかったです。
クリームチーズの天ぷらが絶品、これでお酒呑んだら最高でしょうね。
ちなみにどのネタも塩と両方で食べたかったです。
お蕎麦ですが、更科はやや小麦の風味が強く、麦切りのような感じ。
二八出羽かおりの方は、太めに切られた山形蕎麦風、
力強い蕎麦の風味を堪能できました。
蕎麦つゆはややライトなあっさりタイプ、更科には合うと思いますが、出羽かおりには出汁の効いた濃いめがいいかもしれませんね。
