向山に2021.6.15オープンしたカジュアルイタリアンです。
仙台中心部からは愛宕大橋を渡ってすぐに右折、100mくらい行くと右側にあります。
ローソン向山四丁目店の向かいです。
食べたのは、アサリとプチトマトのジェノバソース、自家製ベーコンの濃厚カルボナーラ。
ジェノバソースはバジルの香りが心地よいですね。
カルボナーラは生クリームは使ってなく、卵黄とグラナパダーノのソースです。
生パスタを使っていてもっちりしたパスタです。
子連れファミリーでも入りやすいように小上がり席があります。
