That's what I thought, but I decided to wait and order. After 30 minutes, a bamboo steamer came on the plate, telling me to be careful as it was hot. When I casually pulled the plate towards me, it was also extremely hot! lol I don't have any Renge (renge), so I put it on a small plate and split it. It's definitely hot! It may be more satisfying (in terms of temperature) than ordering soup. The skin is thick. Is it handmade?
