長町に4月にオープンした居酒屋です。
まずは生ビール！
珍しくマルエフです。
かなりあっさりした味。
食べたのはもつ煮、手羽唐の塩とたれ、鶏タタキ。
親方は札幌と九州で修行されたとのこと。
手羽唐にはもっとコクのあるビールがよいのでマルエフの黒をもらいます。
黒ビールとしてはあっさりめですが、手羽唐には持ってこいです。
次に飲んだのはセイコーマートのミントクラフトジンのソーダ割、。
かなり爽やかですね〜。
油っこくなった口の中がさっぱりしました。
ここで日本酒に移行。
黄金澤の山廃純米原酒ひやおろしをもらいます。
アテは鶏タタキ。
わさびと柚子胡椒が付いてきました。
これも旨いなぁ。
春霞の田んぼラベルももらいちょっと気分が良くなりました（笑）
