JR東日本の陸羽東線・東北新幹線の古川駅から徒歩37分の所にある和菓子店。
毎日、11：00～16：00までの間、餅食べ放題を開催しており、45分制で大人1,200円（税込）、小人（3～6才）600円（税込）。
食べ残しは追加料金。
えび、えびおろしは不漁のために提供をしていないとの事で、全13種類でした。
調べてみると、私とは全く違う時期の訪問でも同じようにえび、えびおろしは提供していなかったという情報も出て来ますし、この2品はあまり期待が出来なさそうです。
1度のオーダー数には制限はなく、初回オーダー時には口直しにと大根おろし、漬物の提供もありますが、塩気のあるメニューもあるので特に必要性は感じず。
ずんだは、宮城県の郷土菓子ですし、外せない一品。
大崎産のもち米（みやこがねもち）を100％使用した餅が食べられる店ですが、ずんだに使われている枝豆も大崎耕土で育った枝豆のみを使用と、地元産にこだわりを持っているようです。
栗だんごは、これだけは餅が1個だけではありますが、中には丸ごとの栗が入っています。
塩気のあるメニューですと、個人的な一押しは雑煮でした。
具材に使われている切干大根は珍しくはありますが、普通に合いました。
納豆は苦手なのは分かっていましたが、全種類制覇をするためにオーダーしましたが、想像以上に無理でしたし、1番好き嫌いが分かれると思います。
ここの餅は1個につき、一般的に売られている切り餅半個分くらいで、それが栗だんご以外は3個使われているので、食べ放題だと中々のボリュームでした。
最後の会計時、ごま大福を1個お土産としていただきました。
