On October 30th, I went to Gyukaku Furukawa. This time, I decided not to order the all-you-can-eat or course menu, but to order only what I wanted to eat. I ordered the 4-item special selection and Cow tongue. The 4-item special selection includes Kuroge Wagyu beef kalbi, marbled tongue salt, Kuroge Wagyu beef geta, and Kuroge Wagyu beef kurashita. It was delicious because it was made from carefully selected parts. When I go to Gyukaku, I always order the kalbi rice. There is so much nori seaweed on top that you can't see the rice, and there is also green onion underneath. This goes great with the kalbi. I also enjoyed the standard salted cabbage, Cow tongue, kalbi, and more. I finished off with ice cream. However, it seemed to take a little too long from when I ordered until it was served. The soup came a while after I ordered, so it came about the same time as the ice cream I ordered last. It was a little tough to drink the soup after I was full. Of course, the meat itself was delicious, so the serving time was disappointing. Well, it was a weekday night, so there weren't many people there, so it may have been difficult.
