この日は宮城県を北上して、岩手県の花巻に移動します。今日は花巻温泉に一泊の予定、お昼ご飯は間にある美味しそうなお店を回っていきます。
まずは1軒目は古川の富士屋さん、お店の近くの駐車場に車を停めて、お店に向かうと３人待ちでした。券売機でワンタンメンの食券を購入してたらカウンター席に案内されましたよ。
さてしばらくするとワンタンメンが到着、ワンタンが思ったよりたっぷり入ってます。５個かな？
まずはスープから動物と魚介がブレンドされたバランスがいいスープですね。あっさりしてます。
麺の茹で具合は柔らかめで中細の少しウェーブが入った麺でした。コシはあまり無いですが、スープはよく吸ってるみたいです。
トッピングはチャーシュー、ワンタンにメンマです。チャーシューは肉質がしっかりしたタイプで醤油の味付け、ワンタンは中の餡の味付けが濃いめで、皮は硬めでした。メンマはしっとりタイプかな。
バランスが取れた食べやすいラーメンですね。お店の前につねに人が並んでるのが凄いですね。地元の人の昼食に組み込まれてるんでしょうね。
