夫の馴染のスキー場は、小学生の大会とかで大混雑だったので戻って来て、いつものスキー場でそれぞれ自主練習に汗をかきました。当店のランチタイムの時間は？？？そろそろ２時って頃に、お店の鮮やかな緑色の看板が見えたのですが、夫の車のナビは何故かお店をぐるっと回り込むようにして、入店するように案内しています(驚)。起伏のある当店の裏道は、ザクザクと除雪されていなくって怖かったです。あちこちＵターンして戻って来て恐る恐る入店ですが、うれしいことに当店は３時までがランチタイムのようでした。夫は店外にあった写真付きなメニューですっかり気に入った、ビーフデミカツで私は、店内のメニューからご飯、お味噌汁、小鉢と香の物付きのエビフライ膳で＋２００円で夫は食後にホットコーヒーで私は、食事と一緒にジンジャエールをお願いしました。私の座った席から、カウンターの上でお姉さんがサイフォンで丁寧にコーヒーをいれているのをうっとりと見ていました。コーヒーカップも雪平鍋で保温しているようです。それぞれのお膳が運ばれて来ましたが、私のエビフライは３尾で、中高な立体的な盛り付けでしたが、夫のビーフカツはベタベタって平面的な盛り付けで可笑しかったです。学生の頃、都内のお料理教室で習ったのとはレードルの位置が違ったのは、仕方ないのかな？中くらいのサイズのエビはカラッと揚がっていて、尻尾まで香ばしくいただきました。好みもあるようですが、エビフライはやっぱりタルタルソースが一番ですね。小鉢のヒジキ煮と言うかふりかけに近い乾き方でしたが、いい箸休めになりました。みちのくとは思えないような雰囲気でしたが、すっかりくつろいでいる後ろの席のお父さん２人組の話声は、間違いなくご当地の物でした（笑）。『お気を付けて、お帰り下さいませー』
