May 23, 2023 (Tuesday) In the cold spring rain, I drove to Furukawa City to inspect the expansion of our product lineup. There are many famous Ramen and soba restaurants from Osaki City to Furukawa City, but I was drawn to the sign for "Steak Bowl". When I entered the store, a female staff member greeted me cheerfully. "Welcome, please sit wherever you like." As soon as I sat down, she brought me a menu, water, and a towel. I ordered Steak bowl lunch for 1,100 yen (tax included). I was quite torn between the recommended beef demi-katsu set meal, but I gave up because it was so filling. The female staff member told me, "It's a treat for next time." While waiting for the food, I looked at the menu. There are many beef and pork dishes. There are many other attractive dishes besides Beef Cutlet. Steak bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. With my heart and stomach filled with anticipation, I removed the lid of the bowl. There was a mountain of grated yam on top of Steak meat. And underneath the grated yam is a generous layer of Steak meat. The lean meat is cooked just right! The richness and saltiness of the sauce are exquisite! The combination with the grated yam is amazing! I can't stop eating the spoon. I finish it in no time! I'm so envious of the residents of Osaki City and Furukawa City. Thank you for the delicious meal!
