暑い日だったので鰻でも食べようとお店をさがしたら岩出山のお店がヒットしました。
お店に入ると座卓が２卓ありましたが奥に座敷があると言われましたが ここで食べる事にしました。
メニューはうな重と蒲焼で他にはありませんでした、初めてなので安い方のうな重にしました。
焼く時間がかかるので甘辛い味付けの骨の佃煮とお茶を飲みながらのんびりと待ちます、こちらで使用しているのは宮崎県の鰻で米は宮城県産の物です。
出来上がって蓋を開けると皮の面がが上になってウナギも細い物を使用している感じです、ひっくり返してみるとこんがりと焼かれていて見た目的には こちらが上の方が美味しそうに見えると思いました。
食べて見るとタレの味が絶妙でとても美味しかったです、多めに盛られた漬物も肝吸いもすごく美味しかったです。
建物の雰囲気や焼きあがるまでの時間も含めて時間がゆっくりと流れている感じも店の味になっていました、次回は次回は奮発して上のうな重を食べに来たいと思います。
