栗だんごは鳴子温泉の名物だそうです。
ふたつ入りの持ち帰り用パックを買って店内で頂きました。冷たいお茶を出してくれて嬉しい。
栗だんごは初めて食べました。大きいみたらし団子の中に栗がひと粒入っているようなイメージです。驚いたのは温かいこと。
食感はかなり柔らかいです。原材料を見たら もち粉とありました。正確にはお餅の仲間のようです。
