せっかく岩出山に来たんだし
美味しい蕎麦でも、とこちらへ
国道475から入って奥へ奥へ〜
上の駐車場に停めたので、階段(坂？)を下って到着
山小屋風の店構えが景色にピッタリ
入口の注文書を書いて、ほんのちょっと待っただけ
「ざるそば 1,150円」
「おろしざるそば 1,400円」を注文
女将さんが「端っこの大根があるからそれをサービスしますね。だからざるそば2にしておきますね♪」と。
なかなかの値段だったので、なんとラッキーな！
木のテーブルに案内されるとすぐに
辛味大根とおろし金が来た
サービス辛味大根をおろし終わった頃に
運ばれて来た蕎麦の上にはハコベかな？
薬味はわさび、ねぎ、ばっけみそ、天かす
冷や冷やの蕎麦は細めでコシがあり
つゆの濃さも好み
サービス辛味大根が辛くて美味しい！
すると親方がおもむろに天ぷらを持って来たので
「頼んでませんよ〜」と言うと
「サービスね」とさらっと置いていってくれた。
えーっいいんですかー？と言った私を背に
親方は別のテーブルへ
いただいたネギの天ぷら、美味しかったです！
これはたまたまタイミングが良かったわけです。
SDGSですね。
ばっけみそはいい味変になってクセになります。
レジで売っていました。
リピーターが多いのも納得。
気持ちのいいロケーションに
腕のいい親方とチャーミングな女将さん
また会いに来たくなるお店でした。
