今日は大崎市岩出山にある、せいじん庵さんにお邪魔しました
場所はのぼりを目印に細道入ってすぐ、駐車場広め
お店は住宅を改装した作り
テーブル数は多め、BGMなしなので静かです
気さくなお父さんがおしんこと蕎麦茶(ポット)を持ってきてくれました
色々な味が楽しめるせいじん蕎麦も悩みましたが
今回は欲張って
穴子小天・えびミックスざるそば¥1350に決定
待ち時間に、お通し3種類のお野菜と蕎麦茶をいただきます
季節ごとに変わるんでしょうね
今日はササギ、胡瓜、ズッキーニです
そして配膳されたお蕎麦
普通盛りなんですけど、けっこうボリュームあります
きれいな細目の更科そば
喉ごしも良く、そこそこ噛みごたえもあり、老若男女に好まれるお蕎麦だと感じました
天ぷらのボリュームもすごい
穴子小なのにでかい(笑)大だとどんなことになるのか
エビは小ぶりなのが１尾
お野菜は自家製有機栽培とのこと
ピーマン、ししとう、紫蘇の葉、茄子、ズッキーニ、山菜等盛りだくさん。
これが美味しい
そば塩でいただくのですが、お野菜の甘味や山菜のほろ苦さ等素材の旨味が味わえます
少々衣が厚くサクサクって感じではないので好みが別れるかな？
「足りましたか？」とお声掛けいただきましたが
お腹いっぱいです
