鳴子温泉の帰りに寄りました〜
感覚ミュージアムの近くにある、お蕎麦のせいじん庵さん。
日曜日のお昼時でしたが待たずに入店。
シンプルな盛りそばに。
蕎麦が運ばれてくる前にお通しが。
獅子唐、きゅうりの漬け物と、モロヘイヤ。
お蕎麦と一緒に食べる事に。
運ばれてきました。主役のお蕎麦。
硬い、歯ごたえのあるお蕎麦です。
蕎麦湯は普通。
じゅりあんは普段十割を好んで食べるので、その他の基準がよく分かりませんが、全体的に普通かなぁ〜という印象。
やっぱりお蕎麦は十割の方が好きだなぁ。
