高速から古川で降りて古川方面ではなく蕎麦屋目当てで鳴子方面へハンドルを切ります。
週末蕎麦屋さん(愉多工房)に行こうか迷いましたが混んでいることが予想される時間帯でしたので(路駐必然だし(笑))もうちょい先の
「せいじん庵」さんへおじゃま致しました。
駐車場はものすごく広くて大型バスが入れるぐらいなのですが普通のご自宅を改造したようなお店です。お昼ちょい前ですがほぼ満席です。退職後ご夫婦で開店されたそうです。
さて注文は私が「辛味大根ざる蕎麦」1,000円＋大盛350円、
奥さんが「穴子大天ざる蕎麦」1,400円。
まずはお通しの様な産品のお漬物とお浸し...
すべて地元産で自家製とのことです。
いよいよお蕎麦...7～8分で到着!!
蕎麦はほど良いコシで蕎麦の香りが立った絶品ものです。
そしてなんといっても辛味大根が素晴らしい(^^♪
ほど良いからさでとてもおいしい風味があるものでとてもうまいです。
特大のアナゴ天はお店で調合した「蕎麦塩」(蕎麦粉と塩を合わせたもの)でいただきます。奥さんから一口もらっていただきましたがゴマ油で揚げているということでカラッ、サクッという...
これもなかなかです。

※あ・ら・伊達な駅(道の駅)で「ワサビ大根」というものが売ってたので買って帰りました。(見た目は普通の大根ですがラディッシュ系の北海道で言う山ワサビです(すべてのチューブなどの山葵はこれです)
