久々にいろは食堂古川支店さんへ
相変わらず車がひっきりなしに出入りする大人気店です
お一人様は相席もありですね
老舗感たっぷりの扉を開けると、券売機
中華そば¥800をポチリ
待ち時間はそれほどなく着麺です
鶏チャーシューはジューシー
メンマも濃い目の味付け
麺は大昔と変わったのかな、でも好みの茹で加減
少しだけ油が浮いたスープ
昔ながらの中華そばのあっさり感を想像すると
やや濃い目だけど、これが美味しいんですよね
やべー、麺をすするのがやめられない
あっという間に完食です

七日町の富士屋さんと、こちらいろはさん、いつまでも飽きのこない古川のソウルラーメンですね
