雪舞う古川に行き、痺れるような懐かしの町食堂という感じのいろは食堂さんへ… 引戸をスライドさせると正面に自販機があり、左上法則により中華そば800円を購入。テーブルか小上がりかチョイスできたのでテーブル選択して着席。昔ながらの造りで天井が高く寒さを感じます。ラーメンを食すにはベストな環境です。食券を渡すと漬物の有無を問われ、有選択。そう待つことなく着丼。その間も続々と入店し、相席バンバンです。但し回転も早いので食し終了すれば出ていく、そして新たな客来るでした。着丼した中華そばは湯気出て薄い油膜を纏い、スープ飲でスッキリとした、しかし後からしっかりした塩分感じる美味さが身体に染み渡りました。麺も中細麺でスルスルと食べやすく、メンマも美味しく、ネギはネギを主張していて好きでした。鶏チャーシューは量も入っていて、また、箸で持つと崩れてしまうほどのホロホロ肉で美味でした。後半スープを楽しむためにブラックペッパーを投入味変して完飲せず完食。合盛中華そばという魅力的メニューを次回はチャレンジしたいと思いつつ、ご馳走様でした！
