よく通るところで、気になっていましたが、国道から遠いかもと思っていたのですが、時間があったので寄らせていただきました。
看板に従って、横道に入っていくと、すぐでした。11時40分頃でしたが先客は2組、畳の席に座って、すぐそば茶が出てきます。香りもよく、店で売られている韃靼そば茶かな？美味しいです。
私は基本の大盛り、妻は鴨南蛮を注文。
大盛りそばは長さは長短有り、手打ちかな、腰もありつゆなしでも甘く、美味しくいただきましたが、そば好きな人間とすれば、もう少し量が欲しいところです。
つゆは醤油の香りもよく、生臭さもなく美味しいのですが、少ししょっぱめです。だしの味を強くもうちょっと甘めで、薄めの方がそばを楽しめるのでは（個人の好みですが）。
妻の鴨南蛮は女性にはちょうど良いくらいの量で、つゆもほどほどの味です。鴨は、スモークされたなんとなく知っている味と似ていたのでちょっとがっかりかな。そばは、暖かいものだとやはり、予想通り柔く切れていましたので、一気に食べたほうが良いのでは。
あとから来たお客さんは、日曜日は混むと話してました。
自分のそばは今年は打てそうにないですが、なかなか、いいそばを出す店が少ないですので、またお邪魔したいです。
