古川にあるカフェ。
素敵なカフェに出逢った！
平日ランチで訪問。
雪の降る日、駅から徒歩10分くらいの道のりを歩くと、そこにカフェはあった。
店内は広く、タイルを散りばめたテーブルやアンティークの照明など、センスがいい。
小型の電気ストーブが幾つかあり、足元に向けて当ててくれた。
ご夫婦で営業している。
実は創業30年、親子2代で続いている老舗とのこと。
BGMにはゴスペルが流れる。
【サンドウィッチランチセット】（1,140円）
サンドウィッチ、キッシュ、スープ、ドリンク付き。
■サンドウィッチ
「てりやきチキン」
チキンは柔らかく、キャベツは細かく刻まれてシャキシャキしている。
てりやき&マヨネーズソースは、まろやかで優しい味わい。
ピクルス添え。
■キッシュ
ベーコンや野菜がたっぷり入っている。
玉子がふわふわ。
クリームソースがグラタンのようにとろ〜りとしている。
パイ生地は淡い色をしていて柔らかく、軽い歯ごたえ。
■スープ
「野菜のポタージュ」
■ドリンク
「ラテマキアート」
可愛らしいラテアートが施されている。
ミルクがたっぷりと入ってふわふわ。
カップの曲線が美しく、これで飲むドリンクは何でも特別に感じられそうだ。
提供に多少時間がかかるのは、丁寧に仕事をしているからというのがわかる。
近くに来た時は安らかな時間を過ごしに、また寄りたい。
